, of Bessemer, AL, passed away on July 5, 2019 at her home. Funeral services will conducted Saturday July 13th at 6:00 pm at Cremation of greater Tampa Bay. Pastor Russel Johnson will be officiating the service.  Martha Ann was a resident of Tampa for 40+ years.  She was employed as a housekeeper at James A. Haley Veterans hospital for over 15 years.

Martha was born in Alabama to Stella Mae and Willie James on March 23,1952.
She was a connoisseur of fine wine and spirits. She liked spending time with her friends and family. She always had an open door to anyone in need. If someone needed her help, she was always there to the rescue. She would give the last dollar in her pocket if needed. She loved watching the Hallmark channel, Walker Texas Ranger and Murder she wrote. Those are the shows she loved. She was also a great cook!
She is one of seven children to Willie James and Stella Mae who also had Mary, David, Willie Mae, Gwendolyn Jean, Tommy, and Sammie. She is survived by her four kids Sabrina, Michael, Alonzo, and Angela. And many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was loved and will be missed by so many!
