Evelyn attended St. Gertrude’s Grade School and East Leyden HS.  Evelyn held many different jobs during her life, primarily in the field of Accounting and Tax, most notably Osco Drug and H & R Block. Evelyn met her soulmate, James (Jim) Tauber to whom she was married to for 59 years. Every Anniversary, on February 7th, was celebrated with Yellow Roses.  Evelyn loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, camping, and fishing. She was also an avid bowler. But her greatest passion, that she shared with husband, was square dancing.
