Orlando or Chino as most people knew him as, had a peaceful passing on May 25, 2026.

Born on November 24, 1973 in Paterson NJ. He was the son of Evangeline Pagan and Orlando Rodriguez.

Chino was a man of many trades. He was a strong ambitious man who had a love for tattoos, motorcycles, and firearms. Chino had a strong belief that through Christ he could do anything and that anything was possible, Hence his favorite saying “It can’t rain all the time!”

He will be remembered above all for the dimples in his smile, his infectious sense of humor, adventurous spirit and for his loyalty to his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother: Evangeline Pagan, his children: Gregory, Brandon, Dylan, Topanga, Xavier, Laylani, and Orlandito Rodriguez. His siblings: Jason Muniz, Evangeline Maldonado, and Edwin Maldonado.

Chino was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gregorio & Estrella Pagan, and his brother: Raul Soto.

A celebration of Orlandito “Chino” Rodriguez’s life will be held on June 07, 2026 from 2:00-4:00pm at: Cremations of Greater Tampa Bay
