In Loving Memory of Faith Egan

Faith Egan, a beloved Daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born on July 25, 1959, in the Bronx, New York, to Virginia Egan, Faith was a beautiful soul who brought love, comfort, and joy to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Faith loved her home in New York. She was the pretty blue eyes of the city, known and deeply loved by so many. Faith was a “Mother-of-All” who would advise and comfort anyone in need. She was a peacemaker, always providing sanctuary, and compassion to anyone who crossed her path. Bright, loving, gentle, and kind. Faith also carried a quiet strength, a courageous defender of her ones during times of adversity she had a firm determination that made her a natural-born leader. She had a way of making you leave her presence with your head held high, believing you could overcome any obstacle that came your way.
Faith was the homemaker of all homes, creating nurturing, safe, and loving spaces where everyone felt welcome. She was a provider and protector, a free spirit with an endless love to give. Her home was a place where hearts were comforted, laughter was shared, and no one ever left without feeling loved.
Faith loved to dance and spread her joy wherever she went. She taught her children and grandchildren her special dancing moves, leaving her signature steps in their homes and memories. She was also an amazing cook. Everyone who came through her door was sure to enjoy her delicious food and the warmth of her home, often falling asleep with their bellies full and their hearts even fuller.
Most importantly, Faith dedicated her life to sharing her love for our Lord Jesus Christ. She made sure her family knew Him, sought Him, and loved Him. Her faith was a guiding light, and the love she shared through it will continue to live on in the generations she leaves behind.
Faith was a devoted mother to her four beautiful children, Selina, Noel, Kathalina, and Glen, who will carry their mother always and forever in their hearts. She was a wonderful grandmother whose grandchildren were her pride and joy. Her spirit and love live on through Angelica, Raul, Xavier, Jonathan, Joziah, and Railynn Faith.
Faith is also lovingly remembered by her two sons-in-law, Raul and Jonathan, whom she cherished deeply and who loved her as their second mom. She leaves behind her two brothers, Victor and Eric, along with her aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and the countless friends and loved ones whose lives she touched.
Faith was a beautiful soul: true, kind, loving, generous, and selfless. She gave freely of herself, leaving an indelible mark on this world. Her laughter, her dancing, her cooking, her comforting presence, and her unwavering love will forever be remembered.
As Faith joins her mother and brother in heaven, we find comfort in knowing that her love and legacy live on in all of us. She will forever be remembered for the extraordinary love she gave, the lives she changed, and the beautiful example of faith, compassion, and selflessness she left behind.
