The family is sad to announce that on November 8th our friend and brother in Christ, Ronald Roy Mills, graduated from his earthly body to be with the lord in heaven for his eternal life of glory, peace and Health. He passed away in Tampa, FL surrounded by loved ones and his faithful Wife.

His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends and many more whose lives were touched by him.

Surviving Ron is his wife of 25 years, Lianne Mills. His brother Steve Maki. Ron’s Seven Children Jason Mills, Stephen Mills, Ronnie Mills, Rhonda Mills, Jeffery Elkins, Jessica O’Leary, Jonathon Mills(Dani Mills) and his 23 beautiful grand children and 3 great grandchildren.

Ron was preceded in Death by both of his parents Delores and Harvey Mills, his sister Patricia Mills and his brother Harvey Mills.

Ron will be remembered for his 20 years of service in the Marines. His selfless service continued as he journeyed through his life always lending a helping hand and being an open ear for his friends and family to talk to. Ron’s love for his wife, children and grandchildren will surely be missed but never forgotten.

    He was a true blessing to my sister Lianne and her family which extended into our families. There are so many memories of the love and friendship he gave to everyone. He will truly be missed by many. We love you Ron

Florida law states “A cremation may not be performed until a legally authorized person gives written authorization for such cremation,” (FS 497.607).  Furthermore, the law defines whom the “legally authorized person” is and sets up the order of priority of next of kin.
