, was born September 13, 1945, and passed on to Heaven on May 11, 2019. She was predeceased by her Son Paul and Grandson Johnpaul. She is survived by her four daughters, and her 5 Grandchildren: Fabiana, Keelin, Kaden, Shawn and Ronnie.
Diane (Young) grew up in Verona, NJ and was married to Paul Ferraiolo, Sr. for nearly 28 years. Together they raised 5 children, Paul Jr., Beth, Diane, Christine and Catherine, all who inherited and learned her talents of music, art, dance, crafting, writing and performance. Diane taught pre-school and was Den Mother for Cub Scouts for many years. She sewed from scratch and created all of our costumes and dresses, straight from her mind. She cultivated the most tremendous tomatoes in her garden back in Verona, and kept the pool and picnics going for us every summer. And with each summer, her front yard Rose Garden bloomed the most amazingly scented monster sized Tea Roses. Many a summer was spent at Verona Pool, again creating many memories for us. In 1984, she completed her GED to finally get her VHS diploma after having started a family so young. She went to Caldwell College and studied English and Writing. After raising kids, she worked as a Mixologist, had her own greenhouse business, and later worked in retail sales. She lived life dreaming of the beauty of love, and lived to watch her Hallmark Movies. She had a vast movie collection, all representing uplifting and loving stories. She escaped the abuse of her childhood, and in the best way she could, she passed on her love for the arts by instilling creativity in each and every one of us. I can now only dream of being as talented as she was. She enriched our lives to the very end, teaching the most important lesson that life is too short. She is loved and will be missed until we see her again in Heaven.
