Loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend passed away November 18, 2020 in Tampa, FL. She is survived by her sister Nancy Lynn Dobbin and family and brother Vern Andrews and family, daughters: Lynn Miller and family, Ana Pla Ulatowski and family, Charlene Pla, her late husband’s children and grandchildren and her adopted family in Lake Panasoffkee. Preceded in death by her parents Frances E Harroun and Bernard L Andrews and husband of 24 years Norman L Smith. She served in the Ladies Auxiliary – Veterans of Foreign Wars as an officer and member.
