Jeremy William Holtam, 45, of Clearwater, FL. passed away on October 16, 2022 at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa.


Jeremy was born on April 28, 1977 in Davenport IA to Kim and Holly Holtam. He graduated from West High School in 1996 and Darden Restaurants Management in Orlando, FL.


Jeremy was united in marriage to Sara Ignacia on August 20, 2012 in Rock Island, Illinois. He worked for the Olive Garden Restaurants for 28 years starting in Davenport and then as restaurant Management in the Tampa Bay area.


His daughter,  Jasmine Holly Holtam, was born November 11, 2013 and was his entire life as a dedicated and loving Father.


His family includes his brother Jason Holtam, sister Josie Walker, Stepmother  Dallas Holtam all of Davenport, IA. Aunt and Uncle Richard and Monica Norman of Tampa, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents Kim and Holly Holtam  and grandparents Phyllis and Donald Holtam.
