Edna Bolin, 93, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025, in Tampa, Florida. Born on June 16, 1932, in Anawalt, West Virginia, she lived a long and meaningful life marked by devotion to her family and dedication to her work.

She spent many years working at Western Electric before retiring. Later, she became a beloved hostess at Munch’s Restaurant, where she welcomed guests with warmth and grace for over 30 years. Her kind smile and generous spirit became a fixture for countless patrons who came to feel like family.

Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Bolin, two daughters, Deborah Huddleston and Lynda Harrison, and two grandchildren, Savannah Day and Amani Day. Despite these profound losses, Edna remained a steady and loving presence for the generations that followed.

She is survived by many grandchildren who will continue to honor her memory, including Shannon Mulcahy, Shawn D. Mulcahy (Tasha Mulcahy), Uriah Corsello, Kerrie Fairburn, Nicole Nelson (Austin Nelson), Kent Roberts, Shawn W. Mulcahy, Lyndsay Mulcahy, Scarlett Mounts, Vivian Fox, and more.

Edna’s life was a testament to resilience, grace, and unconditional love. May her memory be a blessing and a comfort to all who knew her.

In accordance with her wishes, Edna’s remains will be laid to rest with her husband, Arthur, at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, where they will be reunited in eternal peace. Plans for a celebration of life are forthcoming.
