MOSCINSKI, Betty “Nanny”

MOSCINSKI, Betty “Nanny”

Betty “Nanny” Moscinski, of Tampa, FL, departed for home to be with her Lord on August 13, 2021.  Born on December 5, 1942, in Bangor, ME to the late Harris Merry & the late Eldora (Dolly) Matilda Merry.

From the start, life for Nanny was challenging but like a Phoenix, from the ashes of life she rose strong & courageous flying high through each battle that appeared, pausing only when she heard her Savior’s call to come home. It was then she gave all she had and soared even higher. Betty provided her family a legacy of tremendous strength and the gift of laughter even in the shadow of sorrow. She imparted her children with complete independence and the ability to fix anything.

As Nanny departed, she was surrounded by her family presenting her the with warmest “until we meet again”. Nanny was exceedingly blessed to always have the angelic presence of her daughter Anne, always by her side.

Nanny is survived by her four children, Peggy Zambetti of Campbell Hall, NY, Anne Porrino Theriault (Andrew Theriault) of Tampa, FL, Lou Ann Morbidelli of Wetumpka, AL, Joseph Cebollero (Tanya Cebollero) of Riverview, FL.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael (Emily), Joseph (Corinne) and Kathryn Zambetti of Goshen, NY, Giacomo (Yeruz) Porrino of Tampa, FL, Max and Micaela Morbidelli of Wetumpka AL and Makenzie Cebollero of Riverview, FL. She is further survived by eight great-grandchildren, two nephews and one niece. She is predeceased by her sister, Sally Whittaker and long-time companion, Joseph R. Cebollero.

The family will host a celebration of life on her 79th Birthday, December 05, 2021.  Details pending.
